Business Park Aviolanda is part of Aviolanda Woensdrecht (www.aviolanda.nl): an area that is being developed from a sustainable, urban and commercial perspective with people, the planet and profit in mind. The collaboration between government bodies, entrepreneurs, education and research ensures investment in innovative companies and start-ups, thanks in part to the availability of subsidies and expert advice during the process. Business Park Aviolanda has an excellent location in the stunning nature reserve known as 'De Brabantse Wal' in the south-west corner of the Noord-Brabant province and is easily accessible, both by air thanks to the existing runway and by road thanks to the good connections with the A58 and A4 motorways.
In addition to being assured of a modern location, companies who choose Business Park Aviolanda will also gain access to the knowledge and expertise of the educational institutions and be able to cooperate with the other aviation-oriented businesses located on the park. Meanwhile, the Dutch Ministry of Defence's Logistics Centre (LWC), the World Class Aviation Academy and the Elektrisch Kennis- en Innovatiecentrum Aviolanda (Electrical Knowledge and Innovation Centre Aviolanda or 'ELKINA') are also located on or close to the park. Fokker Aircraft Services, Fokker Elmo, the Dutch Royal Air Force Military Academy (KMSL) and its meteorological group (LMG), are already in situ.
