The company Business Park Aviolanda, a public-private joint venture, is owner, manager and developer of the business park. Shares in the joint venture are held by the province of Noord-Brabant, the municipality of Woensdrecht, the company Stork BV and the Brabantse Herstructureringsmaatschappij voor Bedrijventerreinen BV (BHB). The joint venture has founded two companies, each of which is responsible for carrying out part of the activities:
Business Park Aviolanda joined the Cyclo-Cross World Cup in Hoogerheide.

Business Park Aviolanda comprises 29 hectares of land, 6 hectares of which are still available for new developments.
Runway:
Business Park Aviolanda has permission for civilian use of the runway on the Woensdrecht military airbase.
